2026-2027 SEASON
CMSU presents its 86th season with
a series of five concerts and three School Outreach Programs. We hope you will join us.
Our season will open on October 18, with
Trio Bohema, bringing us a program of Haydn,Shostakovich and Mendelssohn.
The Parker Quartet joins us on November 23
with works by Kongold, Kurtág, and Schumann.
To ring in the new year the American String Quartet will take the stage on January 31, 2027 with guest clarinetist Stefan Shilling to perform
Beethoven, and Brahms.

On March 21 we will see the Balourdet Quartet,
playing Puccini, Shostakovich, Nathan and Beethoven.
The final concert of the season on April 11 will mark the
return of the Gryphon Trio to Utica sharing a repertoireof Beethoven, Wijeratne and Dvorǎk.
CMSU sponsored School outreach programs for grade-school, middle-school, and high-school students were performed in
October by Trio Bohemo, Parker Quartet and American String Quartet with Stefan Schilling.
