WINDSYNC, April 24, 2022

On Sunday, April 24th, 2022, “World of Wonders “ presented by WindSync was truly out of this world! Performing all the music from memory turned out to be a real crowd pleaser. The Woodwind Quintet was able to connect dramatically and intimately with the audience!

 

With breathtaking musicianship they played a varied repertoire of Rameau, Barber, Ligeti, Ravel and Beethoven.

 

The musicians displayed such remarkable talent and expertise on their instrument that it seemed each one of them could have a solo career! The musical themes were passed around to all of the performers and we were able to experience the beauty of their sound and their proficiency throughout!  

 

Our President, Susanna Watling, enthusiastically introduced the group and also brought our 81st season to a close. She spoke with great anticipation about our 2022-2023 programming!
